Timtom Hot Pepper Sauce is a classic pepper sauce and probably one of the best known hot sauces used in many industrial catering companies. It’s a ‘no compromise’ flavour and full of natural, fiery presence. It’s rated 6 on the Timtom hot scale and is not for the faint-hearted. However, you don’t have to take in neat. A dash of Timtom Hot Pepper Sauce in any curry or stew will give it a kick and put that tongue-tingling ‘smart’ on your palate.
